Ceremony & signs
Order of service maker.
Build a printable ceremony program — the order of the day — in a theme that matches your stationery. Two per sheet, ready to print. Free, with no signup.
Follow along
The ceremony, guided.
A program lets guests follow the ceremony and know what each moment means — when to stand, who is reading, and what comes next. It is also a keepsake many couples treasure afterwards.
Start from the classic running order and adjust it to your ceremony, then match the theme to your other stationery so it feels part of the day. Two cards print per sheet.
Questions
Ceremony questions.
What is a wedding order of service?
An order of service — also called a program — is a printed card that walks guests through the ceremony: the processional, welcome, readings, vows, ring exchange, pronouncement and recessional. It helps everyone follow along and makes a lovely keepsake.
What should I include in a wedding program?
List the order of the ceremony, and optionally the names of those taking part — the officiant, readers and wedding party. Keep it clear and short; the tool gives you a sensible running order to edit.
How many programs do I need?
One or two per couple or family is plenty — you rarely need one per guest. The tool prints two cards per sheet to keep printing simple.
Is the order of service maker free?
Yes — free, with no signup, as part of a set of free wedding planning tools.
