Know your numbers

The headcount, handled.

Your guest list drives almost everything — the budget, the catering, the seating. Keeping party sizes and RSVPs in one place, with a live headcount, means you always know exactly where you stand.

Import what you already have, track replies as they come in, and export a clean CSV or PDF whenever you need to share numbers with a vendor. To collect RSVPs online and seat everyone, move the list into the full planner — free.

Questions

Guest list questions.

How do I make a wedding guest list?

Add each guest or family with their party size and RSVP status, and the tool keeps a running headcount for you — invites, attending, declined and pending. You can import an existing list from a CSV or export your list at any time.

Can I import my guest list from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Export your spreadsheet as CSV with columns for name, party size, RSVP and notes, then use Import CSV. You can also export the list back to CSV to share or keep a backup.

How is the headcount calculated?

Attending counts the total people across every party marked as attending, so a family of four marked attending adds four to your headcount. Declined and pending are counted as invitations so you can chase replies.

Is my guest list saved?

Yes — it is saved in your browser, so it is there when you come back on the same device. To plan across devices with your partner, collect RSVPs online and build a seating chart, move it into the full planner — free.
